The feds allege that 60-year-old Phil Edwards used 13 children in his videos between July 21, 2001, and June 23, 2005.
Edwards drugged children with Ambien, a sleep medication, by slipping it in soda and ice cream. Prosecutors allege that once the children were unconscious, Edwards would sexually abuse them and record the abuse.
