Tim Sylvia, the former UFC heavyweight champion of the world, was knocked out by�former Ultimate Fighter contestant Abe Wagner in the first round of their main event fight.
It was part of the Titan Fighting Championship 16 event featuring several UFC veterans including Rich Clementi and Drew McFederies.Wagner didn't make it far in TUF, losing in his first fight to Jon Madsen. Since then he has won one fight and lost another. With this victory, he extends his record to 8-3. He will be looking for another chance in the UFC, and this win will definitely help his confidence and chances of reaching his goal once again.
