Now that they've dusted Newman/Haas Racing and Target Chip Ganassi Racing's protest of the results in New Hampshire, INDYCAR moved to address Team Penske's Will Power's rather inappropriate gesture to Race Control after he was taken out in the "aborted restart" of the MoveThatBlock.com Indy 225 under damp conditions.
