When a driver encountered two teen skaters in the middle of a street, he honked at them to move.
Cops say "words were exchanged" and the man suffered a beat-down: The two teens banged on his car with their skateboards and then allegedly hit him in the face with their boards, sending the driver to the hospital. One of the skaters has been arrested.
