There is no wrath like an SEC football fan scorned.

A Knoxville attorney has filed the paperwork and paid the $262 fee to have a water waste treatment plant renamed the "Lane Kiffin Sewage Plant." Kiffin, of course, abruptly departed for USC after one season at Tennessee.
